We offer the following registration types and fees:
• Early-bird (until 20.05.2024): 270 Euro
• Early-bird for Members of Cartographic Societies (ÖKK, DGfK, SGK, BCS and ČKS) (until 20.05.2024): 250 Euro
• Presenters: 270 Euro
• Student: 210 Euro
• Regular: 350 Euro
• Regular for Members of Cartographic Societies (ÖKK, DGfK, SGK, BCS and ČKS): 330 Euro
Please note at least one author of each accepted presentation must register for the conference. The reduced fee for presenters is only applicable to one person per submission. The infringement of this rule will cost an accepted paper to be excluded from the EuroCarto 2024 publication means.
The registration fee includes participation in all official conference events, including the Opening Ceremony on September 8 and the Conference Dinner on September 10, 2024. It does not cover accommodation and travel expenses, which you must pay and organise independently (see Venue).
