Submissions

In response to many requests, the finalĀ deadline for abstract submissions has been extended until the 24th of April.

We invite you to contribute abstracts (up to 800 words in English) of novel research and completed or in-progress work on current cartographic topics.

Please use the Word or LaTex template to prepare your submission according to the Abstracts of the ICA Series guidelines. Submit your abstract as a PDF via the Indico conference page.

If accepted, you will be invited to give an oral or poster presentation at the conference, and your abstract will be published in the Abstracts of the International Cartographic Association series. Selected abstracts will be invited to a full paper submission for a special issue of a cartographic journal, such as the International Journal of CartographyKartographische NachrichtenJournal on Cartography and Geographic Information ScienceCartographica and Open Geosciences.
